DemiSoft - In arrivo masterizzatori Dual-Layer

Praticamente tutti i grandi produttori hanno annunciato i loro modelli di materizzatore DVD Dual-Layer, capaci di scrivere 8,5 GB su un supporto, ecco la lista dei modelli fin'ora presentati

Il modello Sony DRU-700A è già disponibile sul mercato giappone ed arriverà in Italia tra pochi giorni. Supporterà la scrittura dei DVD+R dual-layer a 2,4x, ed avrà un buffer di 2MB. Sony commercializzerà il DRU700 in due versioni: IDE (DRU-700A) e USB 2.0/FireWire (DRU-700UL). Lite-On aveva già annunciato il suo masterizzatore che già possibile comprare in alcuni negozi italiani, anch'esso supporta il dual-layer scrivendo a 2,4x e i DVD±R a 8x. Lite-On è inoltre in procinto di lanciare sul mercato un'altro modello che permetterà velocità di scrittura dei DVD+R a 12x, ed un modello dotato di interfaccia USB 2.0. LG ha presentato, in collaborazione con Hitachi, l'unità LG GSA-4120B, capace di masterizzare DVD-RAM, DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW & CD-R/RW e i DVD+R a doppio strato. Ecco le specifiche: - Velocità scrittura DVD+R DL (double layer): 2,4x - Velocità scrittura DVD+R/RW: 12x/4x - Velocità scrittura DVD-R/RW: 8x/4x - Velocità scrittura DVD-RAM: 5x - Velocità scrittura CD-R/RW: 40x/24x Questo masterizzatore sarà disponibile sul mercato a partire dalla fine di Giugno. Il NEC ND-2510A, la cui disponibilità è previsto per fine mese, e le specifiche sono identiche a quelle degli altri produttori: - Velocità scrittura DVD+R DL (double layer): 2,4x - Velocità scrittura DVD±R/RW: 8x/4x - Velocità scrittura DVD-RAM: 5x - Velocità scrittura CD-R/RW: 40x/24x Inoltre NEC permetterà il supporto al DL anche al precedente modello ND-2510A, tramite aggiornamento del firmware. BenQ annuncia DW822A, masterizzatore DVD±RW 8x che supporta anche la scrittura dei DVD+R Double-Layer tramite un aggiornamento gratutio del firmware. A I-O Data ha annunciato il suo modello: DVR-ABN8W, le cui specifiche sono simili ai prodotti finora annunciati.
