Descrizione
The LM35 series are precision integrated-circuit temperature sensors, whose output voltage is linearly proportional to the Celsius (Centigrade) temperature. The LM35 thus has an advantage over linear temperature sensors calibrated in ° Kelvin, as the user is not required to subtract a large constant voltage from its output to obtain convenient Centigrade scaling. The LM35 does not require any external calibration or trimming to provide typical accuracies of ±¼°C at room temperature and ±¾°C over a full -55 to +150°C temperature range. Low cost is assured by trimming and calibration at the wafer level. The LM35's low output impedance, linear output, and precise inherent calibration make interfacing to readout or control circuitry especially easy. It can be used with single power supplies, or with plus and minus supplies. As it draws only 60 µA from its supply, it has very low self-heating, less than 0.1°C in still air. The LM35 is rated to operate over a -55° to +150°C temperature range, while the LM35C is rated for a -40° to +110°C range (-10° with improved accuracy).

Descrizione
The DS1923 temperature/humidity logger iButton is a rugged, self-sufficient system that measures temperature and/or humidity and records the result in a protected memory section. The recording is done at a user-defined rate. A total of 8192 8-bit readings or 4096 16-bit readings taken at equidistant intervals ranging from 1s to 273hrs can be stored. In addition to this, there are 512 bytes of SRAM for storing application-specific information and 64 bytes for calibration data. A mission to collect data can be programmed to begin immediately, or after a userdefined delay or after a temperature alarm. Access to the memory and control functions can be passwordprotected. The DS1923 is configured and communicates with a host-computing device through the serial 1-Wire protocol, which requires only a single data lead and a ground return. Every DS1923 is factory-lasered with a guaranteed unique 64-bit registration number that allows for absolute traceability. The durable stainless-steel package is highly resistant to environmental hazards such as dirt, moisture, and shock. Accessories permit the DS1923 to be mounted on almost any object, including containers, pallets and bags.

The DS1920 provides direct-to-digital 9-bit temperature readings over a range of -55°C to +100°C in 0.5° increments. The iButton® communicates with a processor using the 1-Wire® protocol through a hardware port interface. The port interface provides both the physical link and handles the communication protocols that enable the processor to access iButton resources with simple commands. Two bytes of EEPROM can be used either to set alarm triggers or for storing user data.

 TC620/1 Datasheet
TC620 and TC621 are programmable logic output temperature detectors designed for use in thermal management applications. The TC620 features an on-board temperature sensor, while the TC621 connects to an external NTC thermistor for remote sensing applications. Both devices feature dual thermal interrupt outputs (HIGH LIMIT and LOW LIMIT), each of which program with a single external resistor. On the TC620, these outputs are driven active (high) when measured temperature equals the user-programmed limits. The CONTROL (hysteresis) output is driven high when temperature equals the high limit setting, and returns low when temperature falls below the low limit setting. This output can be used to provide simple ON/OFF control to a cooling fan or heater. The TC621 provides the same output functions except that the logical states are inverted. The TC620/621 are usable over a maximum temperature range of – 40C to +125C.
